What's Special
About Sushiro Tiong Bahru
162 seats on TBP Level 2. Tiong Bahru MRT direct. Conveyor belt + tablet ordering + shinkansen express delivery.
100+ varieties. Sushi rice is Sushiro's famous differentiator. Beyond sushi: udon, ramen, cold chawanmushi (SG fan favourite), desserts.
SG's first Sushiro changed the affordable sushi landscape. Before 2019: Genki + Sushi Express only. Sushiro brought better rice, wider variety, seasonal menus, tech ordering. Weekend dinner still draws crowds. Loyalty card + app for real-time queues.

Check app for real-time wait. Take queue number via app or at the machine. Weekday lunch = short wait. Weekend dinner = 30-60 min.
Be Seated
Belt starts immediately. Grab plates or use tablet to order specific items. Tablet orders arrive via express shinkansen train with a jingle.
Eat & Stack
Eat at your pace. Stack plates in the slot (auto-counted). Order sides from tablet. Get cold chawanmushi + prawn udon. Free-flow drinks S$3.
Pay & Go
Press 'call staff' → plates counted → pay at cashier. Get loyalty card stamp. Escalator down to MRT or explore TBP.
Editor's Note
SG's first outlet — same experience as any Sushiro now. Rice is excellent for the price. Cold chawanmushi is a must. Conveyor can feel mechanical after repeat visits. For special sushi → Kyoten. For affordable family fun → Sushiro still wins.
