Gyoza No Ohsho is unique in this guide: the only chain, and the cheapest. Included because it's authentic everyday Japan, genuinely excellent. Best pan-fried gyoza in Singapore (chain or not). Late hours fill a gap. S$15-25++ per person. Space is small, no reservation. Ramen is decent but not specialist-level. Come for great dumplings, honest food, free water — and you'll leave happy.
