Classic Sushiro format: conveyor belt with colour-coded plates + touch-screen ordering for hot dishes. Fun, casual, no complicated ordering. Plates counted at the end for billing.
Fish sourced from Japan, rice prepared with proprietary 40-year vinegar blend. Not omakase-level, but the quality-to-price ratio is genuinely impressive. This outlet fills a gap for Holland Village — previously the nearest Sushiro was at Tiong Bahru or Wisma Atria.
