About Itacho Sushi
Itacho Sushi was founded in Hong Kong by the Taste of Japan Group and arrived in Singapore in 2009 as a handmade sushi specialist. Every piece is prepared to order by trained chefs using Japan-sourced fish.
By 2025, Itacho celebrated 16 years in Singapore with seven outlets including ION Orchard, Jewel Changi, and Novena Square 2.
The Novena Square 2 outlet serves the medical corridor crowd — professionals, patients' families, and residents. Clean, functional atmosphere with sushi counter.
