Gochi-So Shokudo is Singapore's answer to affordable premium pork. Its parent company Eurasia Global Food is Singapore's largest importer of Iberico pork. By controlling the entire supply chain from Spain, they serve Bellota-grade Iberico at prices you'd normally pay for regular pork elsewhere.

The menu is pork-centric. The star is the charcoal-grilled Iberico Pork Jowl Don — thinly sliced jowl grilled over binchotan, on pearl rice with onsen egg. The tonkatsu uses Iberico loin. Counter-service format: order and pay first.
