Ichikokudo — 313@Somerset Orchard
What Makes Ichikokudo Special
About Ichikokudo at 313@Somerset
Ichikokudo Hokkaido Ramen is a halal-certified Japanese ramen chain bringing authentic Hokkaido flavours to Singapore. Four outlets: 313@Somerset, Changi Airport T3, Hillion Mall, Suntec City. Fully halal, no pork, no alcohol.
Hokkaido is famous for rich dairy, sweet corn, pristine seafood, and premium kelp. Ichikokudo channels these into its ramen — broths built on chicken, bonito, mackerel, and Hokkaido kelp. The butter corn miso ramen is the most distinctly Hokkaido item.
The 313@Somerset outlet at B3 shares the dining zone with Sukiya — two halal Japanese options steps apart. Japanese chefs prepare each bowl to order. Menu goes well beyond ramen into donburi, sashimi, gyoza, and more. For Muslim families on Orchard Road, Ichikokudo is the best option for complete Japanese dining.

Dietary Information
Why Hokkaido Ramen Is Different
Japan has four major regional ramen styles. Ichikokudo faithfully reproduces the Hokkaido style — distinct from the heavy tonkotsu found elsewhere.
Hokkaido ramen: miso-based, layered umami from chicken + seafood stock, butter & corn signatures. Ichikokudo imports Hokkaido kelp, bonito, mackerel for authentic dashi.
