Founded 2015 by Takagi-san from Tsuruga, Japan. Dropped out of law school for ramen. Mission: bring authentic ramen back to street-food pricing. 'Ramen for the Average Singaporean' — provocative and sincere. S$6.90 entry price maintained despite rising costs.
Hakata-style: handmade thin noodles in shio-tonkotsu (pork bone + kombu + bonito). Lighter than Ippudo's broth. Black Tonkotsu adds garlic oil. 13 outlets, 8 open 24/7. Singapore's late-night ramen option.
