Beef Pepper Rice
First visit = Beef Pepper Rice S$10.90. It arrives at 260°C. The clock starts now.
STIR NOW
COMMON MISTAKE: photos before stirring. Plate is 260°C. Pour sauce, squeeze garlic, STIR HARD. Let rice crust form 30-60 sec. Okoge = best part.
Your Doneness
YOU decide doneness. Rare = eat fast after quick stir. Well-done = let it sizzle. Thin slices cook in 60-90 sec. Plate stays hot all meal.
Hot Plate Warning
Plate STAYS dangerously hot. Don't touch. Keep kids away. Oil splashes when stirring. Real safety, not formality.
Suntec Halal Cluster
Suntec = best CBD mall for halal Japanese. Pepper Lunch + Sukiya + Yoshinoya all halal within 5 min walk.
Editor's Note
A concept restaurant — the experience IS the draw. Beef Pepper Rice is great when done right. Honest: fast-casual not fine dining. Beef decent not premium. Wagyu is mass-market. Safety is real. First-timers: fun, memorable, under S$15.
