Sushi Technology
1958: Osaka conveyor belt invented. Problem: sushi dries in 10–20 min. 2011: Genki's Kousoku Express = no belt, every piece fresh. Kaizen philosophy: same spirit (affordable sushi), upgraded mechanism (direct delivery).
Suntec = latest Kousoku Express tracks — smoother, quieter. Table-height tracks for kids' eye-level viewing. Scan, tap, 3 min, eat. S$1.60.
The Sen-ryo Connection
Genki + Sen-ryo = same parent company. Same fish suppliers, different tiers. Suntec: lunch Genki (S$15) → dinner Sen-ryo (S$50). Same building, same fish, different experience.

Best family dining at Suntec. Affordable, fun, fast. Mentai Fries = addictive. S$6 Don = best value meal. Portions slightly smaller now. Weekday 8pm close = no weekday dinner. Sushi purists → Sushiro. Families → Genki.
